Companies and countries attending the Istanbul Global E-Export Summit (IGEXX 2026, Haliç Congress Centre)

in Istanbul.
No office — real references.
We have no office in Istanbul; more than 80% of our work runs over phone and email. Even so, we have worked with companies there across aviation, export manufacturing, jewellery and professional services. What matters is not an office, but work delivered and being reachable. We travel to Istanbul regularly.

is e-export.
Is your site ready?
Istanbul is Turkey’s largest market and the centre of its e-export push. The figures below come from the Global E-Export Summit held at the Haliç Congress Centre in 2026 — the city’s own agenda. Your website is the infrastructure behind that agenda.
Global marketplaces meeting Turkish exporters at the summit, and the trade volume they represent
Anadolu Agency, 15 September 2026Growth of global e-commerce between 2019 and 2026 — Turkey is working to increase its share
Anadolu Agency, 15 September 2026Trade potential expected to unfold over five years from the 2,500+ bilateral meetings held at the summit
Anadolu Agency, 15 September 2026The business profiles we have
worked with in Istanbul.
These rows are not a generic list: each one describes a business profile that has genuinely been our client in Istanbul, or that we have worked alongside. We may have no office in the city, but the work was delivered — here is the evidence.
| Business profile in Istanbul | Typical digital requirement |
|---|---|
| Aviation and aviation services (Air Anka) | Corporate site, fleet and service presentation, multilingual content, enquiry flow |
| Export-oriented manufacturer (spice grinders and packaging — Gen Grinders) | English B2B catalogue, technical archive, target-market SEO and buyer quote flow |
| Jewellery and luxury retail (Fores Diamond) | Brand site, product storytelling, image-led e-commerce and measurement |
| Professional and consultancy services (Vize Profesörü) | Application and appointment flow, CRM integration, local search visibility |
| Industry associations and NGOs (BASUAD) | Member portal, announcement and event management, corporate identity, multilingual presence |
| E-export and marketplace operations | Marketplace integration, multilingual product data, order and returns flows, ERP connectivity |

Look at the process
before the price.
Then at what lasts.
A cheap quote in Istanbul can turn into extra cost a few months after launch. In a market where local manufacturers compete for export buyers, the difference between a brochure site and a working sales channel is decided here:
Real, live reference work
Check whether the portfolio work is still online, and whether you can talk to an actual past client.
Technical SEO knowledge
Page speed, mobile responsiveness and search visibility should be as much the agency’s job as visual design.
Transparent pricing
Scope, timeline and maintenance costs should be written and clear, with no surprise extras later.
Support after launch
Clarify who handles updates, fixes and growth work once the site is live.
AI and GEO/AEO awareness
Search no longer happens only on Google — it happens in ChatGPT and similar tools too. The agency should have an approach for that.

01You have no office in Istanbul — how do you work?
More than 80% of our work runs over phone, email and online meetings, and we travel to Istanbul for discovery, presentations and site visits when needed. Having our base in Izmir and a second office in London does not slow an Istanbul project down. What matters is not where the office is, but who delivers the work and to what timeline.
02Which companies have you worked with in Istanbul?
We have clients across several sectors in Istanbul: Air Anka in aviation, Gen Grinders in export manufacturing, Fores Diamond in jewellery, Vize Profesörü in professional services and BASUAD in civil society. Some of these sites have been live for years and we still maintain them; with others we worked for a defined period. All of them were delivered from Izmir.
03How much does web design cost in Istanbul?
Pricing depends on the number of pages and products, the number of languages, whether e-export or marketplace integration is involved, and whether it connects to your existing ERP or CRM. Price ranges in Istanbul are wide, and very low quotes usually narrow the scope. Share your requirements and we return an itemised written proposal.
04What does a site need for e-export from Istanbul?
Cross-border e-commerce needs different plumbing from domestic retail: product data in the target country’s language and currency, marketplace integration, customs and shipping information wired into the order flow, GDPR/KVKK compliance and multilingual SEO. Istanbul hosted the Global E-Export Summit in 2026, bringing together 1,050 companies from 30 countries — that is where the city’s agenda is.
05Does working remotely slow a project down?
No — done properly, it speeds it up. Because the process is written, every step is on record and output accumulates instead of meetings. We already work with the large majority of our clients over phone and email, so Istanbul is no different. We hold online meetings for key decisions and visit on site when it matters.
06What should I look for in a web design agency in Istanbul?
Because supply in Istanbul is abundant, the deciding factor should be evidence rather than price: whether the reference work is still live, who will actually run the project, experience with e-export or integrations, post-launch support, and who will update content later. Also ask whether the team quoting you has worked in your sector before.
