Join a small team,
doing focused work.
Apply to one of our open roles, or leave a general application — we keep every CV for future openings that fit.
A few details.
From application
to a clear answer.
The process is short and transparent: we read your application, assess the fit and reply to every applicant.
- 01
We review the application
We read your CV, portfolio link and experience, and look at the work you have shared in the area you applied for. If something is unclear, we note it down rather than guess.
- 02
We reply
Once your application reaches us, we share the outcome by email. We reply to every application, whether or not it moves forward.
- 03
We have a short conversation
For applications that look like a good fit, we arrange a short conversation with the teammates you would work with, covering your experience, expectations and the way you like to work.
- 04
We keep general applications
If no current role fits, we keep your application in our general pool and review your CV again when a suitable position opens.
What makes an
application easy to assess.
- CV or portfolio link
Alongside an up-to-date CV, add a portfolio, GitHub or profile link where we can see your work. Please check that the link opens without a login.
- Area and experience
Telling us which area you are applying for and your total years of experience helps us route your application to the right person.
- A short cover note
The cover note is optional, but a few sentences about the work you are interested in, the tools you use and why you would like to join this team make the assessment easier.
- Availability and start date
Letting us know when you could start, or your current notice period, helps us plan the first weeks.
We accept applications in these areas: web design and front-end development, full stack development, SEO / GEO / AEO, social media and advertising, and project management. If no relevant role is open right now, you can still leave a general application. You can also see how we work on our selected work page.
